Committed to caring
At Instant On IT, we dare to care. That means taking our responsibilities seriously - to our clients, our people, and our planet. Caring isn’t just a value we talk about, it’s how we work every day.
Caring for our Clients
We know every interaction counts.
That’s why our service team, trained by the Service Desk Institute, delivers consistent, high-quality support whenever you need us. We use proven frameworks to keep projects and support requests running smoothly, and as an ISO 27001 certified business, we make sure your data is always protected.
With a client retention rate of over 90% since we began 21 years ago - and some of our very first clients still with us today - we’re proud to show what caring for our clients really means in practice.
Caring for our People
Great service starts with a great team.
We invest in training, mentoring, and well-being so you always get smart, capable people who genuinely want to help. It’s a culture we’re proud of, and one you’ll notice in every interaction. We also make sure our commitment extends to fair pay - everyone in our team, including those who clean our office, earns above the London Living Wage.
With a staff retention rate of 80% and an average tenure of seven years, our people choose to stay and grow with us. That stability means you get a team who knows your business, understands your needs, and is here for the long term.
Caring for our Planet
We’re committed to reducing and ultimately removing our entire carbon footprint.
We aim to be carbon negative by 2028 and each year thereafter. Additionally, we are committed to going further by cleaning up all the carbon we’ve emitted since the day we started.
To achieve this, we account for both past and present emissions, reduce where we can and set realistic targets to actively clean up the rest using a portfolio of independently verified removal methods. It’s not instant, but it’s a promise we’ll keep for decades to come.
We define carbon negative as removing more greenhouse gas from the atmosphere than we emit across Scopes 1–3 in a given year, after significant reductions. We will only say we were “carbon negative” for any given year after our numbers and removals have been checked and approved by an independent expert. Our legacy emissions (from founding to present) will be removed on a published schedule using high-durability, independently verified carbon removals.
