Paul CooteFounder and MD
Paul is responsible for having developed Instant On IT’s reputation for excellence in project, cloud and support services over the past 16 years. He has focused the business on delivering forward-thinking IT strategy tailored to the SME market. Paul is passionate about IT and doesn’t mind being called a geek as IT is truly what he loves! When he’s not talking IT, he enjoys sailing, travelling, and having a drink with the team.
David JoseCommercial and Finance Director
David leads finance, corporate development and planning for IOIT, functions he has carried out for business and professional services companies in the UK, USA and India for over thirty years. He spends significant time with our clients looking for ways to improve the delivery of our services and he enjoys socialising with the team at Instant On IT. When not at work, he is a (somewhat reluctant) weekend taxi driver for his children, and also enjoys cycling, cricket and travelling.
Matt ReedSecurity Director
Matt leads on all aspects of IT security for IOIT and our clients in addition to providing auditing and consultancy services to third parties. Matt has worked with a broad range of clients and for over 17 years’ has primarily focused on the legal and financial sectors. The ability to communicate complex technical scenarios at board level has enabled Matt to guide senior staff on the best route through complex IT security environments. Holding the sought after CISSP certification proves you have what it takes to design, implement and manage a best-in-class cybersecurity programme. Outside of work, Matt is a keen Saracens supporter and enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family.
Amrit RahalService Delivery Manager
Amrit leads all things service. He has worked across many sectors and has 10 years’ experience in service management. He heads up our remote support and On-site teams providing support, mentoring, quality control and process refinement, in line with ITIL Methodologies. Amrit’s focus is on growing the teams around the core principles of passion for quality, honest communication and accurate expectation setting. He is responsible for driving and delivering service excellence by maximizing the performance of the service teams. Outside of work, he enjoys playing cricket, cycling and travelling with family.
Matthew ShortTechnical Director
As Technical Director Matthew is responsible for delivering overall technical strategy at our clients. With two decades of experience, he leads the Professional Services & Projects (PMO) departments and the Technical Infrastructure team. Matthew’s role involves scaling the technical teams through effective use of technology and ensuring we’re using cutting-edge IT to deliver material change to clients. Implementing creative solutions and ensuring team member’s breadth of talent is harnessed in delivering complex projects is key to his team’s continued success.
Nicole LuchianHuman Resources and Office Manager
Nicole manages the administration of all HR policies and practices and ensures our offices run smoothly. In her role, Nicole looks after the people in our teams, so that they can provide the best service to our clients – this includes all aspects of organisation and working on best practice processes for career development for IOIT’s employees. She also ensures that all matters relating to the running of our offices are handled effectively. Outside work, Nicole is passionate about personal development books, seminars, courses, loves cats and dogs and enjoys driving.
Neil ChickTechnical Procurement Manager
Neil Chick has worked in IT roles for nearly 29 years across various sectors including banking, research, defense and legal.
Neil has been working as Technical Procurement Manager since 2014, specifying and procuring IT equipment for Instant On IT clients, working with multiple vendors and sourcing equipment from multiple distributors to ensure client IT projects can be delivered in a timely manner.
He also carries out IT support on clients servers ensuring systems are maintained and clients availability of IT services is maximised.
